Our Vision
Yari Group Pty Ltd is a proudly 100% Indigenous-owned business based on the Gold Coast, founded by Jordy Dwyer, a proud Aboriginal man dedicated to strengthening organisational culture through culturally grounded leadership, strategy, and capability programs.
Jordy is passionate about building performance and culture on the rugby league field, in business, and across community.
As a high performance rugby league coach, Jordy has led teams, focusing on creating environments where connection, accountability and hard work drive results. Coaching has taught him how to get the best out of people, through relationships, and communication.
Professionally, Jordy has worked across Indigenous education, financial wellbeing and leadership development. He has had the privilege of working with communities throughout Australia, always with the aim of empowering people with the tools and confidence to succeed. Now, through Yari Group, he brings these experiences together.
We work with organisations to strengthen culture, optimise performance and deliver impact that lasts. Combining lived experience, cultural intelligence and a high-performance mindset to help people and organisations thrive.
